It is our story to tell

HAIL Europe (Hotel Amenities International Limited) offers guest amenities for the hotel industry. We explore new ideas in product development, we push boundaries in design and we are committed to creating sustainable concepts.

Our company was founded in 1999 in Alkmaar. The C02 neutral head office and distribution center are both located here, from where we serve customers throughout Europe. We take pride in our Dutch family business with a global mindset. The way we interact with each other at HAIL Europe is also the way we do so with our customers. Polite, but never distant and with the greatest attention.

We innovate

HAIL Europe's own successful formulation, The Spa Collection , has been around for almost 20 years. Our objective was to create a high-standard range of skin, hair and body care products, using only ingredients with a proven record of safety and efficacy.
